Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping and delivery?
Shipping and handling charges for domestic shipments are $20 per order. back to top

How will my artwork be shipped?
Your purchase is shipped using special packaging designed for art shipments. In most cases we rely on major carriers such as United Parcel Service and Federal Express. back to top

How soon will my artwork be shipped?
We will contact you via e-mail within 24 hours of your order to tell you the date on which your purchase will be shipped and the date you can expect it to be delivered. back to top

How long will it take to arrive?
Once a piece of art leaves its point of origin, you may expect delivery within a matter of days in most cases. back to top

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If a package appears damaged upon its arrival, or if upon opening the package you discover that the artwork is damaged, call 1-877-532-6410 tollfree immediately. A YourWall representative will guide you through your options, which include replacing the damaged work, selecting a credit toward another purchase or receiving a full refund. back to top

Can my artwork be shipped abroad?
Yes. We ship artwork any place in the world served by a major freight carrier. We will calculate international rates and inform you about delivery times. back to top


Return Policy

What if I decide, after looking at my artwork, that I just don't like it?
YourWall guarantees that you will be satisfied with your artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it. You have ten days from the time you receive your artwork to decide whether or not you want to return it. Please retain the packing and shipping materials during this period. If you decide to return the artwork within the ten-day period, please notify us of that decision within the ten-day period by calling YourWall tollfree at 1-877-532-6410. After we receive the returned work, we will credit your credit card account or send you a check (depending upon your method of payment) for the purchase price. How do you use the information you request?
The information you provide when ordering or registering allows you to personalize your experience on YourWall. For example, you can create My Walls to save and organize your favorite YourWall photographs. If you check the "notify" box when registering, you will be notified via email of members-only art updates, promotions, invitations and other things that may interest you. For example, if you purchased an artwork by a particular artist, we might notify you by email when we have an exhibition of that artist's work.
